Prior to or concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, the Members have made the Capital Contributions as set forth in the Member Register attached hereto.
Each Additional Member shall have all the rights and obligations of a Member holding the Interests purchased by such Additional Member as specified on the Member Register.
Upon the admission of any Additional Members pursuant to this Section 5.12, the Member Register shall be appropriately amended.

More Definitions of Member Register

Member Register of a company means a register of members of the company kept under Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act.
