Member System definition

Member System means the output (DC) photovoltaic renewable electricity generation facility located at the Premises.
Member System means Member’s internal computer systems (including all hardware, associated software and technology) and internal communications networks (including its links with the Communications Equipment) installed at or used by Member to connect to ISE Mercury Facilities.
Member System means an Eligible Customer operating as part of a lawful combination, partnership, association or joint action agency composed exclusively of Eligible Customers.
