Internal Communications. The County agrees to provide the Union annually during the month of January a complete updated listing of the name, classification and department of assignment of all employees designated in the unit. The County also agrees to provide on a monthly basis the name, classification, date of appointment and department assigned of all new employees hired into the unit. In the event the Human Resources Department produces periodic lists of demotions and/or transfers during the term of this agreement, copies of such lists shall be made available to the Union. In the event of a layoff in classes represented by the Union, the Union shall be provided with a copy of the resulting reinstatement list(s).
Internal Communications. The University agrees that the Union may use the internal mail service for Union business in accordance with the University policies. Moreover, the University assigns an internet and email address to the Union, as provided in letter of agreement #1. The University maintains a link to the Union’s web site in the alphabetical index of its own web site.

Internal Communications. 23.01 a) The Employer will post notices on Xxxxxx’x Intranet site and/or email all locations. All notices from the Union to Employees must be signed by the proper officers of the Union and approved by the Employer before being circulated.

The Association shall, to the extent practical, have access to the County courier service and internal delivery of correspondence between the Association and members, provided that such correspondence is limited to matters of employer/employee relations and does not involve internal employee organization business such as soliciting memberships, campaigning for office and elections.
