Members of the Immediate Family means, with respect to any individual, each spouse or child or other descendants of such individual, each trust created solely for the benefit of one or more of the aforementioned Persons and their spouses and each custodian or guardian of any property of one or more of the aforementioned Persons in his capacity as such custodian or guardian.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.
Waters of the State means the ocean and its estuaries, all springs, streams, wetlands, and bodies of surface or groundwater, whether natural or artificial, within the boundaries of the State of New Jersey or subject to its jurisdiction.
Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.
Waters of this state means any waters within the territorial limits of this state.
Surface waters of the state means perennial and seasonal streams, lakes, ponds, and tidal waters within the jurisdiction of the state, including all streams, lakes, or ponds bordering on the state, marshes, water courses, and other bodies of water, natural or artificial.
Members of the General Assembly means each member of the Senate of Virginia and the House of
Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.
Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium or “Lead Member” shall mean a company who commits at least twenty six percent (26%) equity stake in the Project, meets the technical requirement as per Clause 2.1.2 and so designated by other Member(s) in Bidding Consortium;
Member of the judge s family” means a spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or other relative or person with whom the judge maintains a close familial relationship. See Rules 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, and 3.11.
New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)
Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.
Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law.
Alternate member means a person who is qualified under Iowa Code section 148.2A to substitute for a board member who is disqualified or becomes unavailable for any other reason for a contested case hearing. An alternate board member is deemed a member of the board only for the hearing panel(s) for which the alternate board member serves.
Waters of the United States or "waters of the U.S." means:
Participating Class Members means all Class Members who do not submit valid
Schedule of Members has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
Simple Majority means a decision made by the Management Committee by more than 50 percent of the votes represented and entitled to be cast at a meeting thereof.
New Board means the board of directors or the board of managers of Reorganized Neiman.
Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).
