Membership Renewal definition

Membership Renewal means renewal of Membership by the Core Member / Next Member via notification and payment of Membership Renewal Fee as discussed s discussed in Clause 2.8;
Membership Renewal means the renewal of membership of the Supporters Club from one Membership Period to the next consecutive Membership Period via an Online Application;

Examples of Membership Renewal in a sentence

  • Request that the Administrative Committee approve a Membership Application Form or a Membership Renewal Form with the LAC’s branding.

  • The directors may, at their discretion, send a notice to one or more members requiring that member to confirm or to renew membership of the company and/or to confirm or update that member’s details (Membership Renewal Notice).

  • Memberships are granted on a 12-month basis only and must be renewed each year (see Membership Renewal on page 14).

  • Unless they are renewing their Party membership online, a person must sign their own Membership Renewal Form.

Related to Membership Renewal

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.

  • Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • SPAC shall have the meaning given in the Preamble.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Operating Agreement means the agreement, whether or not referred to as an operating agreement and whether oral, in a record, implied, or in any combination thereof, of all the members of a limited liability company, including a sole member, concerning the matters described in section 489.110, subsection 1. The term includes the agreement as amended or restated.

  • Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
