Renewal of Membership. The Membership Term is one year from the Membership Commencement Date. Members may renew their Membership each year by paying the applicable annual Membership Fee on or before the anniversary of their Membership Commencement Date. If the Renewal Membership Fee is not paid on or before the Renewal deadline, the Membership will be subject to Cancellation by the Company. Membership Renewal shall be automatic, subject to the Member’s Cancellation right, by charging the Membership Fee to the Member’s authorized credit card on each anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date.
Renewal of Membership. After termination of your Membership, you will need to pay the Initiation Fee again if you decide to renew your Membership.
Renewal of Membership. 13.1 In the event where Membership is not renewed within at least fifteen (15) days following its expiry date (hereinafter the “Expiry”) and the former Member wishes to renew nonetheless: • AST reserves the right to request a Vehicle inspection prior to accepting Membership renewal; and • should Assistance be required within this period, it may be provided by AST (at its discretion) upon payment of a fee of fifteen Euro (€15) (VAT included), in addition to the standard renewal fee applicable at the time;
13.2 In the event where Assistance is required within any period of sixteen (16) or more days from the Expiry, Assistance may be provided by AST (at its discretion) upon payment of a fee imposed by AST.
Renewal of Membership. Members may be informed by Company about expiry of membership at least one month in advance of their membership card expiry date. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that Company receives the payment for renewal of membership at least two weeks prior to the membership card expiry date. Company is not responsible and assumes no liability for any suspension or cancellation of your access to the Services in the event your renewal payment is delayed or if Company is unable to process or cash-in your payment cheque. In case of dishonoured cheques, a penalty may be charged. Your access to the Services will be suspended from the expiry date on your current membership card until Company receives full payment for your membership for the next year.
Renewal of Membership. (a) This Agreement will automatically renew for a subsequent Renewal Period unless either Party notifies the other of its intent to terminate this Agreement within twenty-one (21) days prior to the date the Renewal Period commences.
(b) The Buyer has consented to the payment of Renewal Fees by Direct Debit to its nominated credit card.

At the end of the first 12 month subscription, this agreement will automatically renew for successive one year subscriptions unless either party gives the other party written notice of its intent not to renew at least three months prior to the end of the then-current subscription IAB GCC will automatically issue an invoice to the member for the following year’s membership two months prior to renewal date. The IAB GCC Board of Directors will notify the member for any alterations to the membership fee structure within thirty days of their adoption. In the event of such alterations, the member has two weeks from the notification date to inform in writing the IAB GCC of their wish to cancel the membership subscription. In the event the member does not send a written notification within the prescribed period, IAB GCC shall be entitled to assume that the member accepts the alterations to the membership structure fee and that this agreement remains in full force and binding.

Renewal of Membership. Certain memberships as indicated at the time of purchase, such as monitoring products and identity theft insurance will automatically renew at the end of your Subscription Term continuously and indefinitely without action by the member, and the membership fee is charged to the member at the time of renewal. An enrollee whose membership fee has been paid is entitled to all privileges included in the membership until the membership is cancelled by the enrolled member as set forth in the paragraph below. By providing your payment method information for your subscription, you are agreeing to pay a subscription fee, that will automatically renew, at the then current rate, unless you cancel prior to the expiration of the current Subscription Term, and any applicable taxes and service fees (collectively, “Fees”). The Fees will be charged to your original payment method automatically at the beginning of your Subscription Term, and at the beginning of each renewal Subscription Term thereafter on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your current Subscription Term, unless you cancel your subscription or your account is suspended or terminated pursuant to this Agreement. The renewal Subscription Term will be the same length as your initial Subscription Term unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time of sale. The rate for the renewal Subscription Term will be the then current subscription-rate. The Fees charged to your payment method may vary from Subscription Term to Subscription Term due to changes in your subscription plan or applicable taxes, and you authorize Sontiq to charge your payment method for these amounts. Sontiq reserves the right to change the pricing of subscription at any time. In the event of a price change, Sontiq will post the new pricing on the Site and attempt to notify you in advance by sending an email to the address you have registered for your account. You agree that we may change the pricing we charge you for your subscription and any products/services offered in your subscription package by providing you with notice through an electronic communication from us and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You consent to our ability to change our pricing and the details of our subscription packages through an electronic communication to you. If you do not wish to accept a price or
Renewal of Membership. Continuing membership is conditional on the payment of the applicable subscription fee for the following year. We will send you a written reminder for any subscription fee payable by you prior to the expiry date of your membership. You may renew or extend your membership at any time by forwarding to RCI the applicable subscription fee. If payment is not made within the date specified on the written reminder and we nevertheless agree to accept the renewal, we reserve the right to charge a re-instatement fee in addition to the applicable subscription fee; payment of this re-instatement fee is also a condition of renewal. We also reserve the right to refuse to renew a membership for good reason, including without limitation if required to do so by the laws, rules or regulations of any local, state, national or federal governmental entity or by any judicial, public, regulatory or law enforcement authority or court and any fees paid for an application for renewal which is refused will be returned.
Renewal of Membership. If Member is selected as either a Pico and/or Nano Round winner, Member will be provided with the exclusive right to renew his or her Membership at the end of this Agreement’s one-year term. If Member is not selected as either a Pico and/or Nano Round winner, such renewal will be on a first-come, first-serve basis at the expiration of said membership.
