Membership Renewal Fee definition

Membership Renewal Fee means the fee payable by the Core Member / Next Member to the Company upon Membership Renewal as discussed in Clause 5.6;
Membership Renewal Fee means the sum of money (inclusive of Value Added Tax) specified in Appendix 1, required to be paid to secure continued membership of the Supporters Club for the Membership Period;

Examples of Membership Renewal Fee in a sentence

  • The Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee will only be refunded as the Scottish FA determines in its absolute discretion from time to time, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Scottish FA will issue an email confirming acceptance of an application of a Member who has submitted their application using the Online Application process and has been accepted and payment of the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee has been authorised.

  • Any Member found to have supplied false and/or misleading information in his/her application form will have his/her Membership terminated by the Scottish FA immediately with no refund of the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Member or prospective Member found not to meet the age requirements applicable to the type of membership that he/she has applied for or has obtained (as applicable) will: (i) have his/her Membership terminated by the Scottish FA immediately with no refund of the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee; and (ii) have any future Membership application(s) refused.

  • A Member will be required by the Scottish FA to submit the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee by credit or debit card to the Scottish FA or to such third party so authorised by the Scottish FA.

  • The following credit or debit cards shall be valid for payment of the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

  • Once the Youth Group Member’s application has been confirmed by the Scottish FA and the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee processed by the Scottish FA, a binding contract will be formed between the Youth Group Member and the Scottish FA for provision of Membership based on these Terms and Conditions (the “ Contract”).

  • A Youth Group Member will be required by the Scottish FA to submit the Membership Joining Fee or Membership Renewal Fee by credit or debit card to the Scottish FA or to such third party so authorised by the Scottish FA.

  • The Scottish FA will issue an email confirming acceptance of an application of a Youth Group Member who has submitted their application using the Online Application process and has been accepted and payment of the Membership Renewal Fee or Membership Joining Fee has been authorised.

  • If a Member/ State is not depositing the requisite Membership Renewal Fee, in time.

Related to Membership Renewal Fee

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.
