Memorandum of Ground Lease definition

Memorandum of Ground Lease means the agreement of even date herewith executed by the Parties which sets forth certain of the basic terms of this Ground Lease, and is in recordable form.
Memorandum of Ground Lease means the Memorandum of Ground Lease, dated the Documentation Date, between the Ground Lessee and Lessor.

Memorandum of Ground Lease means that document substantially in form attached hereto as Attachment 18A.
