Memorandum of Transfer definition

Memorandum of Transfer means the Form G prescribed by section 137 of the Land Code [Cap. 81 (1958 Ed.)] of Sarawak or such other Form approved by the Registrar of Lands and Surveys for conveyance of property held under subsidiary title;
