Merger Document definition

Merger Document means this Agreement and each other agreement, instrument, certificate or other document to be executed, delivered or filed pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Merger.
Merger Document means that certain Agreement and Plan of Reorganization and Merger, dated as of May 11, 1997, by and between FMI and Sxxxx'x.
Merger Document means the agreement and plan of merger dated 15 August, 1999 and entered into between the Purchaser, Parent and Target.
