Merger Share Amount definition

Merger Share Amount means 5,104,645 shares of Parent Common Stock.
Merger Share Amount means the number of shares obtained by dividing the Merger Price by the Average Stock Price.
Merger Share Amount means, as of any Merger Share Demand Date, that number of Merger Shares set forth in a Merger Share Demand not to exceed the greater of (i) one percent (1%) of the New Athletics Common Stock outstanding as shown by the then-most-recent report or statement by New Athletics or (ii) the average weekly trading volume for the four (4) weeks immediately preceding such Merger Share Demand Date.
