Meter Provider means Phoenix Natural Gas Limited, Firmus Energy, SGN Natural Gas or any other applicable company as may be appointed to provide, install, maintain, and administer the Equipment. Phoenix Natural Gas Limited operate the distribution network in the Greater Belfast and Larne distribution licensed area.
