  • The Provider Feed Water Flow Meter, Provider Feed Water Instruments, Off-Taker Feed Water Instruments, Provider Feed Water Monitoring Equipment and Off-Taker Feed Water Monitoring Equipment shall be subject to the approval of the Parties, and the Parties shall approve the same, in Writing, at least six (6) Months prior to the commencement of the Initial Operating Period (and in any case prior to their installation).
