  • All access to the MetLife Extranet and use of the MetLife Online Services by Users shall be governed by the Terms of Use.

  • Life expectancy means life expectancy as computed by use of the Single Life Table in Section 1.401(a)(9)-9 of the Treasury regulations.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project.
