Metropolitan Area Networks definition

Metropolitan Area Networks means the broadband, wireless or electronic communications infrastructure and other ancillary facilities or assets managed, operated and maintained by e|net pursuant to the Concession Agreements (including, without limitation, fibre in appropriate forms, extensions thereto, customer connections, enhancements (including ancillary related matters) and the Co-location Facilities) at the MAN locations specified in an applicable Work Order and in respect of which E|net provides the Services in accordance with this Agreement;
Metropolitan Area Networks or “MANs” means the regional or campus, high-speed networks, consisting of Equipment, Software, Systems, telecommunications facilities, lines, interconnect devices and cabling, that are used to create, bundle, connect and transmit data, voice and video signals to, between or among 1) ABM’s or Eligible Recipientsoffice buildings located within a campus or single metropolitan area, 2) LANs, and 3) WANs. Metropolitan Area Networks include all MANs in use or required to be used as of the Effective Date, all MANs created by or for ABM, the Eligible Recipients or Supplier following the Effective Date and all additions, modifications, substitutions, upgrades or enhancements to existing or future MANs.
