Unless otherwise specified in an Exhibit, the work may, at CIC’s option, be performed on CIC’s or Customer's premises, via telephone, E-mail, fax, Internet web connection, or other forms of communication and through modem / Internet communications between Customer's system and CIC’s customer support facility. 9.2 The Company will meet the reasonable cost of the Director’s membership of such professional bodies as are reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
9.3 The Company shall also pay the Director’s reasonable membership fees for membership of a health and leisure club.

Unless otherwise required by law, and subject to the rights and provisions established under Section 51 of this Lease, neither Tenant, nor a provider of Telecommunication Services to Tenant, in the future shall be entitled to locate or install Telecommunication Facilities in, on or about the Building without (a) first obtaining Landlord's advance, written consent (given in its reasonable discretion), and (b) the advance execution by Landlord and Tenant of a satisfactory agreement granting a license to Tenant for such purposes and setting forth the scope, the additional rent, if any, royalties and the other terms and conditions of that 63
