Mezzanine Investor definition

Mezzanine Investor means any Mezzanine Warrant Holder or any other Person who holds, from time to time, any Mezzanine Warrants or Warrant Shares, and who is or who becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof.
Mezzanine Investor shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Preamble hereto. "Mezzanine Investor Permitted Transferee" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.3.6(b) and 2.3.6(c) hereto.
Mezzanine Investor shall have the meaning in the recitals hereto.
