MGM National Harbor Hotel and Casino Ground Lease definition

MGM National Harbor Hotel and Casino Ground Lease means that certain Hotel and Casino Ground Lease, dated as of April 26, 2013 by and between National Harbor Beltway L.L.C., a Virginia limited liability company, as landlord, and MGM National Harbor, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, as tenant, (i) as amended by the First Amendment to Hotel and Casino Ground Lease, dated as of July 23, 2014, (ii) as amended by the Second Amendment to Hotel and Casino Ground Lease, dated as of November 24, 2015, (iii) as amended by the Third Amendment to Hotel and Casino Ground Lease, dated as of August 21, 2017 and (iv) as may be further amended from time to time.

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under Provincial Legislation.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive insured mortgage financing pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
