Mid Term Report definition

Mid Term Report shall have the meaning set out in Article 2.1.

  • The Incubatee shall document in detail the status of its technical and commercial progress in relation to the Activity in the Mid Term Report and confirm the feasibility of the Activity.

  • At Mid Term a meeting shall be held (“Mid Term Review”), where the Incubatee shall present the Mid Term Report, to verify the status of the Activity and to confirm its feasibility.

  • At Mid Term, a meeting shall be held (“Mid Term Review”), where the Incubatee shall present the Mid Term Report to verify the status of the Activity and to validate its feasibility.

More Definitions of Mid Term Report

Mid Term Report means the report of energy management activities of a Participant, including documentation to substantiate claimed Peak Demand Savings and Energy Savings, completed by an Energy Manager and delivered to the IESO within 30 days after the mid-point of each 12-month Funding Period, in the form made available by the IESO from time to time.
Mid Term Report shall have the meaning set out in Article 2.1.1. “Receiving Party” shall mean the Party receiving Confidential Information.
Mid Term Report shall have the meaning set out in Article 3.1.1 as well as further defined in Appendix 1, section 5.2.

Related to Mid Term Report

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Annual Division of Revenue Act means the Act of Parliament, which must be enacted annually in terms of section 214 (1) of the Constitution;

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • U.S. Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(e)(ii)(B)(III).

  • Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
