Midwest Trading Revolver definition

Midwest Trading Revolver means the Credit Agreement dated as of April 27, 2004 between the Borrower and EMMT, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Midwest Trading Revolver means the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of April 27, 2004 between the Obligor and Midwest.

  • Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Trading Cushion means the mandatory fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Day-ahead Energy Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Secondary Market refers to a bulletin board platform at wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx created by Masterworks.

  • Secured Treasury Management Agreement means any Treasury Management Agreement between any Loan Party and any Treasury Management Bank; provided, that for any of the foregoing to be included as a “Secured Treasury Management Agreement” on any date of determination by the Administrative Agent, the applicable Treasury Management Bank (other than the Administrative Agent or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent) must have delivered a Secured Party Designation Notice to the Administrative Agent prior to such date of determination.

  • Open Market Sale Agreement is a service mark of Xxxxxxxxx LLC

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.
