Milestone Parties definition

Milestone Parties means, collectively, The Milestone Aviation Group Limited, PK Air, the “MAG Parties” as defined in the PK Air Credit Facility, GE Aviation, and their respective affiliates, including certain lessor trusts.
Milestone Parties means, with respect to any Milestone Product, Parent or its Affiliates and any of their respective licensees, successors or assignees of the rights to develop and commercialize such Milestone Product, as applicable.
Milestone Parties means, collectively, (a) Buyer, its Affiliates and/or its or their respective partners, licensees, sublicensees, agents or Representatives, (b) any other Person who is granted, receives or otherwise is transferred rights for the development, Regulatory Approval or commercialization of Products (in whole or in part), (c) any other Person that has been delegated responsibility for achieving the Milestone or for the development, Regulatory Approval or commercialization of any Product (in whole or in part), and (d) any assignees and successors of any of the foregoing (a) through (c) (each, a “Milestone Party”).

Examples of Milestone Parties in a sentence

  • The terms of the Milestone Settlement are fully incorporated into the Plan by reference, and the Debtors and the Milestone Parties shall abide by the terms of the Milestone Settlement Order, including the payment by the Debtors, no later than the Effective Date, of the reasonable and documented professional fees of the Milestone Parties as set forth in the Milestone Settlement Order.

  • For clarity, Net Sales made by all Milestone Parties will be considered in determining whether the Net Sales Milestone Event has occurred.

  • Transaction fees and legal fees and expenses of the Milestone Parties incurred in connection with Incremental Aircraft or Financed Aircraft shall be paid as provided in the Facility Documents therefor.
