Milestone Requirement Notice has the meaning given to that term in Condition 4.1;

Examples of Milestone Requirement Notice in a sentence

  • If the Generator gives a Milestone Requirement Notice to the CfD Counterparty and such notice is ineffective, this shall not, subject to Part 12Part 12Part 12 (Termination), preclude the Generator from giving a further Milestone Requirement Notice to the CfD Counterparty.

Related to Milestone Requirement Notice

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;
