Mine Areas or “▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Mine Areas” means the specific geographic areas as depicted on the maps attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

Examples of Mine Areas in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is the intent of this provision to apply to any assets which (i) were (as of Closing) located within the Mine Areas or (ii) during the Applicable Time have primarily been used in connection with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Mine Operations.

  • Seller will have 30 Business Days after the Closing Date to dismantle and remove any of the Excluded Assets still at the Mine Areas.

  • Respondent shall install bilingual (English and Navajo) signs on each cardinal direction of the two Mine Areas (Ruby 1 and Ruby 3).

  • Additionally, notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, Lessor hereby grants Lessee the mining and other rights granted under the A & G Contract (including the customary practice of cutting timber and retaining the proceeds therefrom and the right to grant the same rights as set forth in Section 23 of the A & G Contract), and similar rights with respect to the areas identified on the map attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Contract Mine Areas").

Related to Mine Areas

  • CONE Area means the areas listed in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(A) and any LDAs established as CONE Areas pursuant to Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a)(iv)(B).
