Minimum Benefit definition

Minimum Benefit. The value of this contract is at least equal to the minimum under any nonforfeiture law where this contract has been issued.
Minimum Benefit means the amount of payment, pension or preserved benefit entitlement that is determined to avoid payment of the superannuation guarantee charge.
Minimum Benefit means the benefit described in Section 11.4.

More Definitions of Minimum Benefit

Minimum Benefit means the benefits determined in accordance with section 14A of the Pension Funds Act;
Minimum Benefit means the lowest full monthly amount of SNAP that an eligible one or two person assistance group may receive. By law, this amount is eight per cent of the maximum allotment for an assistance group containing one member, rounded to the nearest dollar.
