Minimum Delivery Duration means the minimum length of time in Hours that a Nomination can specify that the Service shall be provided for from the Facility as specified in Schedule 1;
Delivery Date means the date(s) and/or times/timescales for delivery of the Goods and/or performance of the Services set out in the Order or as agreed in writing by the parties.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.
Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.
Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.
