Minimum Inventory definition

Minimum Inventory means, for each Product Group, the aggregate number of barrels indicated on Schedule E.
Minimum Inventory means the minimum quantity of LNG in kWh which the Service Provider (or an Affiliate) is required to maintain in the Facility’s storage tanks at all times under the Service Provider’s LNG Terminal Agreement, as specified in Schedule 1;

Minimum Inventory means a quantity of 6,500 m3 of LNG or such reduced quantity as may be notified by Operator, being the quantity of LNG which the Operator, acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, determines must be present in the FSRU on a continuous basis in order to maintain the temperature of the FSRU’s cargo tanks and unloading and processing lines at the level necessary to maintain safe and controlled operations at the Terminal.
