Minimum Positive Balance definition

Minimum Positive Balance means (A) until the end of the Availability Period, an amount equal to 50,000 (fifty thousand); and (B) thereafter, an amount equal to 50% of the Operating Costs expected to be paid by the Issuer in respect of the 12 months period beginning on such Calculation Date on the basis of the Updated Base Case and latest Operating Budget.
Minimum Positive Balance means an amount equal to (i) Euro 200,000 (two hundred thousand/00) from the Issue Date until the Entry into Operation and, thereafter (ii) 25% (twenty five per cent.) of the relevant annual Operating Budget.

Minimum Positive Balance means (A) starting from the Issue Date (included) until the Interest Payment date falling in June 2020 (excluded), an amount equal to Euro 604,000.00 (six hundred four thousand/00); (B) starting from the Interest Payment Date falling in June 2020 (included) until the full repayment of the Tremonti Ambientale Restitution Amount to the Tax Authority, an amount equal to Euro 440,000.00 (four hundred forty thousand/00); (C) thereafter, an amount equal to the 25% (twenty-five per cent.) of the Operating Costs expected to be paid by the Issuer in respect of the 12 (twelve) month period beginning on the latest Calculation Date on the basis of the Base Case and latest Operating Budget.

Related to Minimum Positive Balance

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.

  • Minimum Percentage means 3% of the number of outstanding shares of common stock of the Corporation as provided in the most recent 1934 Act filing made by the Corporation with the SEC immediately prior to the submission of the Nomination Notice.

  • Minimum Cash Balance means a cash balance to be held by the Debtors on the Effective Date in an amount equal to $75 million plus any amounts received on account of GCI (as defined in the Uniti Term Sheet) reimbursements and Cash Payments (as defined in the Uniti Term Sheet) received by the Debtors on or before the Effective Date.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.

  • Days Sales Outstanding means, as of any day, an amount equal to the product of (x) 91, multiplied by (y) the amount obtained by dividing (i) the aggregate outstanding balance of Receivables as of the most recent Cut-Off Date, by (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables created during the three (3) Calculation Periods including and immediately preceding such Cut-Off Date.

  • Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means as of the end of any taxable period, (i) with respect to the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of those Partners’ Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for each prior taxable period, (ii) with respect to the General Partner (as holder of the General Partner Units), the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the General Partner as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the General Partner’s Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items with respect to the General Partner Units for each prior taxable period, and (iii) with respect to the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items of the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights for each prior taxable period.

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.

  • Minimum Period means the minimum period for the Service, the initial term of which is set out on the Front Sheet and which starts on the Service Start Date; the minimum period may be renewed on agreement between you and us from time to time for further minimum periods for the same length as, or different to, the initial term.
