Minimum Statutory Investment Requirement means investment in the Project of not less than Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) within the Compliance Period, as set forth in Section 12-44-30(14) of the Negotiated FILOT Act, which investment requirement shall be calculated in accordance with Section 00-00-000 of the Negotiated FILOT Act and Section 6.02 hereof.

  • There shall be no extension, however, beyond the Compliance Period of the period for meeting the Minimum Statutory Investment Requirement.
