Minimum Supply Period definition

Minimum Supply Period means the period specified in your customer agreement.

Examples of Minimum Supply Period in a sentence

  • For clarity, if CLIENT provides written notice of termination in accordance with this Section 14.3 in advance of the expiry of the Minimum Supply Period for any Additional Suite, this Agreement will terminate with respect to such Additional Suite at the expiration of such Minimum Supply Period.

  • In the case that one of more Additional Suite(s) have been build out at the Facility, CLIENT may terminate this Agreement effective following the Minimum Supply Period for any Additional Suite solely with respect to such Additional Suite by providing written notice of termination no less than [***]in advance of the date of termination.

More Definitions of Minimum Supply Period

Minimum Supply Period means the minimum period of supply specified in the Energy Plan Details. Ratesmeans the tariffs, charges, fees and otheramountspayable by you under this Agreement. Supply Address or Supply Addresses means the site or sites specified in the Energy Plan Details where you accept the supply of electricity under the Agreement.

Related to Minimum Supply Period

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.
