Minimum Yearly Quantity definition

Minimum Yearly Quantity means the minimum amount of the Device PURCHASER must procure from the SELLER per year as defined in Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Minimum Yearly Quantity

Minimum Yearly Quantity means the minimum quantity of Petroleum Products by quantity or volume purchased by the Customer in each financial year during the Term, as set out in Item 8. For any period less than a full financial year, the Minimum Yearly Quantity shall be reduced accordingly on a pro-rata basis. Permitted Purpose means use of the Equipment in connection to the business operated from the Premises by the Customer. Personnel means any employee, servant, contractor, subcontractor, agent, partner, director or officer of a party.

Related to Minimum Yearly Quantity

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Minimum Term means, in respect of this Agreement, the period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date;

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
