Mining Contractor definition

Mining Contractor means a person who, in the operation of a mining business:
Mining Contractor means Ledcor CMI Inc., as contractor under the Contract Mining Agreement, or any permitted successor or assignee.
Mining Contractor means Sinergia Obras Civiles y Mineras S.A. de C.V., and its successors.

Mining Contractor means any Mining Contractor approved in writing by the Security Trustee acting on the instructions of the Required Secured Parties (acting reasonably) and party to the Mining Contract.
