Mining Usufruct Area definition

Mining Usufruct Area means the Block or Blocks described in Schedule "A" excluding any portion thereof which is subject to third party mining usufruct regarding Oil and Gas, as more specifically described in Schedule B, and excluding any portion thereof in respect of which the Partnership's rights hereunder are from time to time relinquished or surrendered by the Partnership.
Mining Usufruct Area means the Block described in Schedule "A" excluding any portion thereof in respect of which the Partnership's rights hereunder are from time to time relinquished or surrendered by thc Partnership.

Related to Mining Usufruct Area

  • Contract Area means, on the Effective Date, the area described in Appendix-A and delineated on the map attached as Appendix B or any portion of the said area remaining after relinquishment or surrender from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Contract (including any additional area as provided under Article 11.3).

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Mining means the mining, extracting, producing, handling, milling or other processing of Products.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Area of Interest means the area described in Part 2 of Exhibit A.

  • exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
