Minor Components definition

Minor Components means all the physical elements of the DPAC Real Property that are not Major Components.
Minor Components shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.
Minor Components. Means a component to the house that is not structural in nature and does not require great technical knowledge to maintain or fix, such as painting or changing a light fixture.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.
