MIP Term Sheet definition

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit D to the Restructuring Support Agreement detailing the terms of the Management Incentive Plan.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet setting forth certain terms of the Management Incentive Plan, which term sheet shall be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit 4 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.

• A legally binding term sheet has been entered into between HMC and Huadong on one side, and Chris Spooner and Alan Olby, acting on their own behalf and on behalf of the additional proposed MIP Participants, on the other (the "MIP Term Sheet").

More Definitions of MIP Term Sheet

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet describing the terms and conditions of the Management Equity Incentive Plan, which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Plan Sponsors.

MIP Term Sheet means that certain term sheet attached to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit H, providing the terms and conditions of the Management Incentive Plan, including the issuance of the Management Options. Definitive documents evidencing the Management Incentive Plan and the Management Options will be substantially in the form filed in the Plan Supplement.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit 6 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet describing the terms and conditions of the Management Equity Incentive Plan, which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Commitment Parties.

MIP Term Sheet means the Management Incentive Plan Term Sheet attached as Exhibit I to the Plan Supplement at Docket No. 90-9. 1 Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to those terms in either the Disclosure Statement or the Plan, respectively.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet setting forth the material terms of the CEO Incentive Plan and the Management Incentive Plan annexed to the Restructuring Support Agreement as Exhibit G.

MIP Term Sheet means the Reorganized Corp Management Incentive Plan Term Sheet attached hereto as Exhibit C, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Required Supporting Noteholders, Iroko, and the Debtors.
