MIP Term Sheet definition

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit D to the Restructuring Support Agreement detailing the terms of the Management Incentive Plan.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet setting forth certain terms of the Management Incentive Plan, which term sheet shall be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet attached as Exhibit 4 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.

• The Confirmation Order shall authorize and require the New Parent Board to adopt and enter into the Management Incentive Plan, on the terms and conditions set forth in the MIP Term Sheet.

MIP Term Sheet means the term sheet describing the terms and conditions of the Management Equity Incentive Plan, which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Plan Sponsors.

MIP Term Sheet means that certain term sheet attached to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit H, providing the terms and conditions of the Management Incentive Plan, including the issuance of the Management Options.
