Missouri Regional Certification Committee definition

Missouri Regional Certification Committee or “MRCC” shall mean the Unified Certification Program established by U.S. Department of Transportation to oversee the Unified Certification Process for the state of Missouri. Principal agencies are: Missouri Department of Transportation, City of Kansas City, Missouri, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, City of St. Louis - Lambert Airport Authority and Metro Transit - St. Louis.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.

  • Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed in terms of section 207(1) of the Constitution;

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.

  • Regional health planning agency means the regional agency, including the regional health planning

  • Medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
