MLB Entity definition

MLB Entity means each of the BOC, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Xxxxxxx.xxx, LLC and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, assigns or successors.
MLB Entity means each of the Office of the Commissioner, Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and/or any of their respective present or future affiliates, successors or assigns.
MLB Entity means each of, and "MLB Entities" means more than one of, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., MLBAM Acquisition Corp., SportsOnEarth LLC, Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), Baseball Television, Inc. (d/b/a Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or Affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities.

Examples of MLB Entity in a sentence

  • No rights, exclusivities or obligations involving the Internet or any interactive or on-line media (as defined by the MLB Entities) are conferred by this Agreement, except as are specifically approved in writing by the applicable MLB Entity.

  • The issuance, entering into, amendment or implementation of any of the MLB Documents shall be at no cost or liability to any MLB Entity or to any individual or entity related thereto.

  • No rights, exclusivities or obligations involving the Internet or any interactive or on-line media (as defined by the MLB entities) are conferred by this Amendment, except as are specifically approved in writing by the applicable MLB Entity.

  • With respect to the Major League Baseball Clubs, the Commissioner, the BOC or any other MLB Entity, any approval, consent or no-objection letter required to be obtained from such Person(s) pursuant to the MLB Rules and Regulations (as exercised in the sole and absolute discretion of such Person(s)).

  • Licensee represents that it has not made any unauthorized use of any Property Right and agrees that during and after the License Period it will not make any use of any Property Right, other than as provided in this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the applicable MLB Entity.

  • They are continuing to guide the work of our Culture Team and helping us plan another staff development day at the end of September.

  • The issuance, entering into, amendment or implementation of any of the MLB Rules and Regulations shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and at no cost or liability to any MLB Entity or Landlord or to any individual or entity related thereto.

Related to MLB Entity

  • Business Entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;

  • JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Foreign business entity means a foreign limited liability company, as defined in s. 183.0102 (8), a foreign limited partner- ship, as defined in s. 179.01 (4), a foreign corporation, as defined in s. 180.0103 (9), or a foreign corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (13).

  • School entity means a school district, intermediate

  • Local entity means any city, county, city and county, or joint powers authority within the state within whose jurisdiction a State Video Franchise Holder may provide Video Service.6

  • Acquired Entity means any entity acquired by the Company or a Related Company or with which the Company or a Related Company merges or combines.

  • Public entity means this State, a political subdivision of this STATE or an agency, board, commission or department of this state or a political subdivision of this state.

  • Nonprofit entity means any entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, or operated by the Federal Government, the State, or any political subdivision of the State.

  • Business Entity/Vendor means any natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of New Jersey or any other state or foreign jurisdiction. The definition also includes (i) if a business entity is a for-profit corporation, any officer of the corporation and any other person or business entity that owns or controls 10% or more of the stock of the corporation; (ii) if a business entity is a professional corporation, any shareholder or officer; (iii) if a business entity is a general partnership, limited partnership or limited liability partnership, any partner; (iv) if a business entity is a sole proprietorship, the proprietor; (v) if the business entity is any other form of entity organized under the laws of New Jersey or any other state or foreign jurisdiction, any principal, officer or partner thereof; (vi) any subsidiaries directly or indirectly controlled by the business entity; (vii) any political organization organized under 26 U.S.C.A. § 527 that is directly or indirectly controlled by the business entity, other than a candidate committee, election fund, or political party committee; and (viii) with respect to an individual who is included within the definition of “business entity,” that individual's civil union partner and any child residing with that person. 1
