Mobile Alert(s) definition

Mobile Alert(s) means any mobile alert(s) that you set up on your Account through this Service. "Mobile Device" means any device or Equipment you use with your Registered Mobile Number. "PIN" means your personal identification number for your Card.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • mobile plant means any machinery, appliance or other similar device that is able to move independently, and Is used for the purpose of performing construction work on a construction site;

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail.   • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.
