Mobile Capture definition

Mobile Capture means an additional service that allows mobile deposits using a picture of a check. Bank approval is required and additional documentation must be completed prior to service being enabled within the Business Mobile Application.

  • We further reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of Mobile Capture if we believe that you are using Mobile Capture for business or commercial purposes, or for any unlawful purpose.

  • You acknowledge and agree that we may reject any Check transmitted through Mobile Capture in our sole discretion without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such rejection or failure to notify you of such rejection.

  • We reserve the right to decline your enrollment if we believe that you are enrolling to use Mobile Capture with your business Account or to receive business or commercial payments.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Capture means the process of buffering EDR data in a temporary, volatile storage where it is continuously updated at regular time intervals.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls.   • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses, Non-Dispatched Charging Energy, and Load Serving Charging Energy) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load. Network Load shall not include Dispatched Charging Energy.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
