Mobile Energy definition

Mobile Energy means Mobile Energy Services Holdings, Inc., an Alabama corporation.
Mobile Energy means Mobile Energy Services Company, L.L.C., an Alabama limited liability company.
Mobile Energy means the debtor, Mobile Energy Services Company, L.L.C., and it refers to the Reorganized Debtor as the context may require.
