Mobilisation Phase has the meaning given in Schedule 15 (Project Plan);

  • The Contractor shall enter into a Joint Education Forum partnering agreement with the Authority and the Other Contractors which shall set out the parties' agreement in relation to the content and aim of the Joint Education Forum and shall be developed by the parties during the Mobilisation Phase.

  • Utilisation means a utilisation of the Facility.

"MOBILISATION" shall be considered to have been achieved, if the CONTRACTOR is able to establish infrastructure as per Time Schedule, where so warranted in accordance with agreed schedule of work implementation to the satisfaction of ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE/ EMPLOYER.

  • Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.

  • The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

  • Period of Cover means the duration of Your cover as stated in Your Policy Documents.

  • Facility C means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (Facilities).

  • General Arrangement Drawings shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 3.1 (iii) (b);

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
