Model Plant Validation definition

Model Plant Validation means the model plant validation conducted in [* * *], as set forth in the Research Plan.
Model Plant Validation means the model plant validation set forth in the Research Plan, that Evogene is to conduct on each Collaboration Hit (or on a Collaboration Hit Homolog thereof if approved by the Research Committee) or may conduct on Special Collaboration Hits pursuant to Section 4.2.1.
