Modular Dwelling definition

Modular Dwelling means a prefabricated single detached dwelling designed to be transported once only to a final location and constructed so as the shortest side of such dwelling is not less than 6.0 metres in width.
Modular Dwelling means a single detached dwelling constructed in large sections, away from the home site, and under controlled conditions. Modular homes do not include manufactured homes or mobile homes.
Modular Dwelling means a dwelling containing one (1) dwelling unit, and, if the provisions of this Bylaw allow, a secondary suite or an in-law suite, which is constructed in large sections, away from the site on which the modular home is to be placed, and under controlled conditions.
