Monitoring Contribution definition

Monitoring Contribution means the sum of [ ] pounds (£) (index- linked) as hereinafter provided);
Monitoring Contribution means a financial contribution of [£] towards the City Council’s costs incurred in relation to monitoring the developers performance of its obligations contained in this Deed Order means the order made pursuant to the Application authorising the Development.
