Use Class definition

Use Class means the combination of waterbody type (e.g. non-tidal) and designated uses given to each waterbody.

Use Class means the category describing the purpose for which the user is using water. Use classes within the District are specified in Rule 40B-21.541, F.A.C.

Use Class means any Use Class as described in the Schedule to the Planning (Use Classes) Rules (R 2);

Examples of Use Class in a sentence

More Definitions of Use Class

Use Class means the category describing the purpose for which the user is using water. Use classes within the District are specified in Rule 40B-21.541, F.A.C. “Odd numbered days” means the days whose dates end in the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9. For purposes of this chapter, the date shall be determined by the day during which irrigation begins.
