Monthly Deficiency Payment definition

Monthly Deficiency Payment means payments to be made to Carrier by a Committed Shipper as determined in accordance with the TSA of such Committed Shipper.
Monthly Deficiency Payment means, for any Month, the dollar amount equal to the product of the Deficiency Volume for such Month multiplied by the applicable Deficiency Rate.
Monthly Deficiency Payment means a payment to be made by a Committed Shipper as determined in accordance with the applicable TSA.
