Monthly Deficiency Quantity definition

Monthly Deficiency Quantity means, as to any Month, the difference, if positive, between (a) hundred percent (100%) of the Adjusted Monthly Contract Quantity in such Month and (b) the quantity of Sales Gas actually taken by Buyer in such Month. If, in any Month, there is a Monthly Deficiency Quantity, Buyer shall pay Sellers an amount (“Monthly Deficiency Payment”) equal to the product of (A) Weighted Average Monthly Contract Price applicable during such Month and (B) applicable Monthly Deficiency Quantity for such Month.
Monthly Deficiency Quantity means the amount by which the product of (a) the Stepped-Up Minimum Volume Commitment, multiplied by (b) the number of days in any given Month, exceeds the Actual Shipments by Xxxxxxx on the Spearhead Pipeline during the same Month.
Monthly Deficiency Quantity means, for each Contract Month, the difference, if positive, between: (a) the Take or Pay Quantity for such Contract Month; and (b) the Monthly Allocated Quantity for such Contract Month. If the result is a negative number, the Monthly Deficiency Quantity for such Contract Month shall be deemed to be zero (0).

Examples of Monthly Deficiency Quantity in a sentence

  • For such Make Up Gas delivered, Buyer shall have no rights to any amount previously paid in respect of the Monthly Deficiency Quantity above the Gas Price prevailing at the time the Make Up Gas is delivered.

  • Commencing on the applicable In-Service Date, if the Actual Shipments of Shipper in any Month total less than one hundred percent (100%) of (a) the Committed Volume, multiplied by (b) the number of days in that Month other than by reason of a Carrier Default, Shipper shall make a payment to Carrier equal to the Monthly Deficiency Quantity, multiplied by the Deficiency Toll (the "Monthly Deficiency Payment"), in accordance with this Article 7.


More Definitions of Monthly Deficiency Quantity

Monthly Deficiency Quantity has the meaning given to it in Section 6.02 of this Agreement; “NEB” means the National Energy Board and any lawful successor agency thereto;
Monthly Deficiency Quantity has the meaning given to it in Section 7.01;
Monthly Deficiency Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2 hereof. “Notice of Commencement Date” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Reportable quantity means one of the following:

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Deficiency Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 9(a).

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
