401 “Contractor Revenue definition

401 “Contractor Revenue means the total Contractor revenue comprised of Gross Receipts and/or 402 revenues from the sale of Franchised Recyclable Materials, Franchised Organic Materials, other 403 Franchised Materials, or energy produced from Franchised Materials less any revenue shared with the 404 CCCSWA pursuant to Section 10.7. 405 “Contractor” means [insert company/franchisee name] and any Subcontractors. 406 “Curb or Curbside (or any variation thereof)” means the location of a Collection Container for pick‐up, 407 where such Container is placed on the street or alley against the face of the Curb, or where no Curb 408 exists, Container is placed not more than five (5) feet from the outside edge of the street or alley 409 nearest the property’s entrance. 410 “Days” means calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, except as otherwise 411 specifically provided herein. 412 413
