If the Seller does not provide the Ongoing Monthly Net Energy amounts in a timely manner, Idaho Power will use the most recent 3 months of the Initial Year Monthly Net Energy Amounts specified in paragraph 6.2.1 for the next 3 months of monthly Net Energy amounts.

Seller shall provide the Buyer with the monthly Net Energy Targets for the Initial Year within thirty (30) days after the Initial Date (the “Initial Year Monthly Net Energy Targets”).
