Monthly or Annual Period definition

Monthly or Annual Period means every continuous monthly or annual period commencing, in the case of the first monthly or annual period, on the date of commencement of this Agreement and ending one calendar month or year thereafter and in the case of every subsequent monthly or annual period, commencing on the first day which next follows the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly or Annual Period and ending one calendar month or year thereafter.

Related to Monthly or Annual Period

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Calendar Month means one of the months as named in the calendar.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
