Monthly payment toward the premium means a parent's contribu- tion toward premiums paid for coverage provided by a public entity or by another parent, which is based on the obligated parent's propor- tionate share of the premium paid, but is limited to no more than twenty-five percent of the obligated parent's basic support obliga- tion.
