Monthly Vintage Pool definition

Monthly Vintage Pool means, each pool of Receivables originated by the Originator or the applicable Bank Partner Originator, as applicable, during any calendar month; provided, that, for the avoidance of doubt, any Receivable that is subsequently sold by the Borrower or repurchased in accordance with Section 2.8, shall remain in the applicable Monthly Vintage Pool(s) notwithstanding such sale or repurchase.
Monthly Vintage Pool means as of any date of determination, the pool of Leases originated by Seller during any Monthly Period.
Monthly Vintage Pool means as of any date of determination, the pool of Leases and Retail Loans originated by Seller or Bank Partner (and interest in which has been transferred to the Company) during any Monthly Period, as applicable.

More Definitions of Monthly Vintage Pool

Monthly Vintage Pool means each pool of Receivables advanced by the Seller and sold to the Purchasers here under (and not repurchased pursuant to the terms hereof) whose Instacash Disbursement Date occurs during the same calendar month.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Monthly P&I means, with respect to any Receivable, the amount of each monthly installment of principal and interest payable with respect to such Receivable in accordance with the terms thereof, exclusive of any charges allocable to the financing of any insurance premium and charges which represent late payment charges or extension fees.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.

  • REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Initial Monthly Payment Fund An amount representing scheduled principal amortization and interest at the Net Mortgage Rate for the Due Date in the first Due Period commencing subsequent to the Cut-off Date for those Mortgage Loans for which the Trustee will not be entitled to receive such payment, and as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Contribution Percentage Amounts means the sum of the Employee Contributions, Matching Contributions, and Qualified Matching Contributions (to the extent not taken into account for purposes of the ADP test) made under the Plan on behalf of the participant for the Plan Year. Such Contribution Percentage Amounts shall not include Matching Contributions that are forfeited either to correct Excess Aggregate Contributions or because the contributions to which they relate are Excess Deferrals, Excess Contributions, or Excess Aggregate Contributions. If so elected in the adoption agreement the Employer may include Qualified Nonelective Contributions in the Contribution Percentage Amounts. The Employer also may elect to use Elective Deferrals in the Contribution Percentage Amounts so long as the ADP test is met before the Elective Deferrals are used in the ACP test and continues to be met following the exclusion of those Elective Deferrals that are used to meet the ACP test.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.
